Bombo Fabrika, Gabriel Garzón Montano
Directed by Santiago Carrasquilla with co-direction by Guillermo Camacho, the “Bombo Fabrika” music video journeys through San Basilio de Palenque, Colombia—one of the first free Black towns in the Americas and a birthplace of Cumbia. Shot with a spirit of spontaneity and collaboration, it captures the community’s radiant energy: children riding horseback, local musicians filling the streets with rhythm, and Gabriel Garzón-Montano dancing barefoot in streams and fields. The result is a vibrant love letter to heritage, music, and collective joy.
